Vegan Eggnog

Vegan Eggnog

1 cup

This quintessential holiday nog is made vegan with a combination of almond milk and creamy soaked cashews. Fresh nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla, and a swirl of maple syrup give it a sweet holiday flavour.

Ingredients: 
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ½ cup raw cashews, soaked in water overnight
  • 1 ½ tbsp maple syrup
  • Pinch cinnamon
  • Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
  • Drop of pure vanilla extract
Directions: 
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until smooth.
  2. Serve over ice.
