This quintessential holiday nog is made vegan with a combination of almond milk and creamy soaked cashews. Fresh nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla, and a swirl of maple syrup give it a sweet holiday flavour.
- 1 cup almond milk
- ½ cup raw cashews, soaked in water overnight
- 1 ½ tbsp maple syrup
- Pinch cinnamon
- Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
- Drop of pure vanilla extract
- Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until smooth.
- Serve over ice.
