Vanilla Matcha Popcorn

In this recipe, vibrant matcha powder, a type of Japanese green tea, is sprinkled over a big bowl of popcorn that is coated in a sweet vanilla syrup. 

  1. Pop the popcorn kernels according to package directions. Place popcorn in a large bowl and mix in the cereal.
  2. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the coconut oil. Remove from heat and add the brown rice syrup, vanilla, and salt. Whisk until smooth. Pour over the popcorn mixture and toss until all the popcorn is coated in the vanilla syrup. Sprinkle on the matcha powder and serve!
