Vanilla Chia Overnight Oats

This is a great basic overnight oat recipe to have in your repertoire. Yogurt adds a nice creaminess, while the chia seeds make it a little more substantial.

Ingredients: 
  • ½ cup oats
  • ½ cup almond milk, soya milk or rice milk
  • ½ cup plain yoghurt (dairy or plant based)    
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Small handful of blueberries or another berry to garnish
Directions: 

Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight container in the fridge overnight.
