Superfood Coffee

Upgrade your morning cup with superfoods! Maca, cacao, turmeric, cinnamon and coconut oil make for a creamier, spicier, more energizing cup of coffee.

Ingredients: 
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • ½ tbsp coconut oil
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • Pinch cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 shot espresso or very strong brewed coffee
Directions: 
  1. Heat soy milk in a saucepan over medium heat or microwave until hot.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high for 1 minute.
  3. Serve hot.
