Add a little texture to your smoothie with the superfood power of Qi'a cereal! As the Qi'a absorbs liquid, the chia seeds become like little power-packed pearls adding more protein, fiber, and omegas to an already great breakfast. 

Ingredients: 
  • 1.5 cup almond or hemp milk
  • 2 tablespoons Qi'a Superfood - Original Flavour
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3/4 cup frozen berries (any mixture of strawberries/blueberries/raspberries) 

 

Directions: 
  1. Put all of the ingredients into the container of a blender and blend on high until smooth.
