The Qi'a "Bumpy Smoothie"

Add a little "bumpy" to your smoothie! As the Qi'a absorbs liquid, the chia seeds become like little power-packed pearls adding more protein, fibre and omega's to an already great breakfast idea. Try it once & you'll never do "smooth smoothies" again!

Ingredients: 

 

  • 1 cup almond or hemp milk
  • 2 tablespoons Qi’a Original
  • 1 banana, sliced into 1-inch pieces and frozen
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries or blueberries
  • 1 to 2 two teaspoons agave, or to taste

 

Directions: 
  1. Put all of the ingredients into the container of a blender and blend on high until smooth.
