Mango Lassi
4 smoothies
  • 2.5 cups fresh (or frozen mango) 
  • 1 can coconut milk (full fat) (or plain yogurt) 
  • ½ tsp cardamom
  • 2-3 Tbsp honey 
  • Handful ice cubes
  • Handful Nature's Path Pumpkin Flax Granola
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. If too thick – add milk (dairy or non-dairy) a little at a time.
  3. Add some pumpkin flax granola on top (especially if you have a thick mango lassi!) and serve immediately.
