This sunny spiced milk tea gets its happy yellow hue courtesy of its star ingredient: turmeric!
- 1 cup almond milk
- ½ tsp ground turmeric
- 1 ½ tsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2” knob of ginger, peeled
- Pinch cinnamon
- Drop of pure vanilla extract
- Heat almond milk in a saucepan over medium heat or microwave until hot.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 1 minute. Strain before serving.
- Serve hot.
