Dark Chocolate Fruit and Nut Bark

Dark Chocolate Fruit and Nut Bark

8-12 pieces

 

This bark is made with melted vegan chocolate loaded with Crispy Rice cereal, dried cranberries and apricots, hazelnuts, and pumpkin seeds, but you can substitute with your favorite mix of dried fruit, seeds, and nuts.

Ingredients: 
  • 1 cup (200g) chopped dark chocolate
  • ⅓ cup Crispy Rice Cereal
  • ⅓ cup combined of dried cranberries, chopped dried apricots, hazelnuts, and pumpkin seeds (or your choice of dried fruit, nuts, and seeds)
Directions: 
  1. Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler over medium heat.
  2. Sprinkle a piece of parchment paper with half of the Crispy Rice Cereal and half of the dried fruit, nuts, and seeds.
  3. Cover cereal, dried fruit, nuts and seeds with and even layer of dark chocolate. Top with a sprinkle of remaining Crispy Rice Cereal, dried fruits, nuts and seeds.
  4. Chill in refrigerator before breaking into pieces.
