Turn your favourite macaroon flavour into an easy yet decadent breakfast treat.
- 1 cup nondairy milk
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- ⅓ cup shredded coconut
- Nature’s Path Love Crunch Dark Chocolate Macaroon granola, for topping
- Combine all ingredients, except the granola, in a bowl and stir to combine.
- Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
- Top with granola and serve.
