I've been struggling a bit with trying to find a breakfast that is quick and easy but still healthy. With no salt, low fat and sugar, this fit the bill but I was skeptical about whether I would like the taste or not. It tastes great! The coconut adds a little something to it to give it just the right pop and separate it from bland plain oatmeal. You can add fruit to it or other sweeteners like honey but I had no trouble eating it plain.
I added rice milk, half a banana and natural peanut butter. It makes a complete breakfast, easy to digest and super tasty!
AMAZING!! Heated this up with some blueberries and almond milk, kept me full and satisfied all morning. So glad I finally found an oatmeal not loaded with sugar.
