Qi'a™ Superfood - Chia, Buckwheat & Hemp Cereal Original Flavor
I bought this cereal to add to my green smoothies. I add 2 spoonfuls of cereal and 1/2 cup water to let the cereal soak a few minutes while I get the rest of the ingredients ready, then add everything to the blender and blend. Perfect for after a workout!
Originally bought this because it will be an easy breakfast while travelling. But now I use it when at home all the time. It has a great taste and I find that it fills me up. I warm a bit of coconut milk, stir in the Qi'a and also stir in 1 tbsp of ground flax seed and a generous sprinkle of cinnamon. Wow!! No sweetener necessary. I buy this all the time now at Whole Foods.
This stuff is awesome. I mix it with almond milk. The taste isn't too bad but it is filling and I DO NOT crave caffeine in the morning and it gives me energy.
