Bought these on sale because they're usually so expensive here in Canada. I see from the other reviews that the recipe changed, I didn't taste them before, but I love the after. I eat mine with Vanilla almond milk and it's awesome.
This has been our go-to gluten free cereal for years. We blend it with granola or eat it plain. But this recent case we received is different. The bag is the same, but the cereal is not the same recipe. This makes us sad and I hope you consider changing it back. It was great how it was. Now it tastes a lot more like a "typical", boring flake. It's not bad, but it's not what it was.
I just opened a new bag of Mesa cereal, and something has changed. I was obsessed with this cereal but there seems to be something different. The flavour as well as the flakes are thinner. I see I am not the only one who has noticed this. Please bring the old recipe back...If this is the new recipe I'll be really disappointed and won't buy them again. Hoping it's just a fluke like someone else said.
