I agree with the reviewer before me, also it is the first bread I've found that contains no tapioca.
I bought this bread at Erewhon in Los Angeles last week. I absolutely love it and so great to find a gluten free bread which tastes great and has no bad oils, or corn, soy, etc. I have found that so many gluten free breads use Canola oil and as those in the know realize, this is a bad oil. Also, many who create gluten free recipes use corn and other bad ingredients. Most with gluten sensitivity are also allergic to corn.................and imho corn is good for no one!!
I am hoping Mother's Markets in Orange County start carrying your breads since they are the best I have tasted............and I am a tough critic!!!
