Love this stuff, man. I put all kinds of fruit in it, throw it in a mug at work with some water and go to town. Tastes great, good for you, needs a little flavour enhancement sometimes (fruit works wonders) if you're used to sweeter oatmeals. Also works great with a bit of maple syrup.Love the thick texture as well, not runny or mushy like a lot of other oatmeals. Perfect size too, not a huge portion in a packet but not a small amount either. To sum things up, this shit is off the chain, and if you aint loving this, check your self #oatsmygoats.
Cut the sugar, way too much. There are 10 grams of sugar for each serving. This is suppose to be healthy food. I bought it online from Vitacost
